Printed Impact Report for Les Mills International
The Les Mills Impact report is a centralised document that outlines the initiatives the company has set out to improve their impact on the world, ensuring accountability by tracking initiatives across 4 key sectors.
In its second year, the Impact team approached me to work with them to develop their report into one that consists of a clear consistent identity, adhering to the overarching Les Mills Brand.
The end product is a 40 page printed document, printed on 100% recycled paper - alongside a digital version for easy distribution.

To support navigation throughout the report, a simple colour-coded system has been developed around the initiative status framework. These panels act as consistent visual markers, helping readers quickly identify and understand the status of each initiative.
The system also reinforces the wider visual identity of the report, with green serving as the hero colour. Used throughout the introduction and key narrative sections, it creates a strong visual connection between the report's overarching message and its initiatives, while highlighting ongoing organisational activity.
The document is organised in two key parts - the introduction, followed by the initiatives. The initiatives take up a majority of the document, and is copy heavy, so images and icons have been utilised to balance this and create visual interest as the viewer reads through.
