Helping employees show their emotions

The People Survey is a yearly survey conducted by all employees of Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S). It allows employees to respond honestly to a variety of questions on workers welfare, remuneration, management, job satisfaction and more.

The theme that we ran with for this years’ survey was emotion. We produced studio photography highlighting different emotions that we all feel at work in the form of frames, supported by soft illustrations and a distinct colour palette. We often hide behind our emotions and do not communicate them clearly with our peers or management, so we decided to embrace that with this approach.
