A digital presence for crafted perfume oils
Heru Hair is a New Zealand based hair oil brand, specialising in scented hair oils using natural ingredients. With a brand identity already in place, I was approached to create an eCommerce Shopify website, and photoshoot, to expand their reach.

Shooting the product for the website
Heru Hair’s core values revolve around complexity, balance, and a deep reverence for nature. To communicate the essence of the products across the website and beyond, I staged a product photoshoot that uses natural materials and ingredients together. The dark nature of the scene reflect the raw scents of the products, and evoking a serene environment that mirrors the experience of using the oils.
Driving the brand forward with a digital presence
I worked with Heru Hair to create an eCommerce Shopify website. The brand imagery introduces customers to the brand and sets the tone, thereafter the focus is on educating about the products and creating a clear navigation to purchase.
I also created a series of images to help start up their social media channels and expand the digital presence.
